About the role

Due to growth within our business, we are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Our Technical Support Specialists are the face of Networx and provide level 1 and 2 technical support onsite and remote support to customers. They are fantastic communicators, enjoy building and maintaining relationships with our customers and are technically proficient. Some examples of daily activities are:

  • Troubleshooting and responding to inbound service tickets & requests.
  • Deployment and setup of new devices.
  • Creation & deletion of user accounts.
  • Monitoring network and server infrastructure.
  • Performing updates, deploying patches, and software.

What you will bring

  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • History of strong customer service.
  • 1-2 years experience in a technical support position.
  • A strong desire to learn new things and upskill technically.
  • Full Drivers Licence.
