Multi Equipment completes the install of a 24 Simultaneous Call 3CX Phone system at Wika Instruments (Pty) Ltd to replace their ageing Siemens PABX. The new system will enhance incoming call flow through the use of a digital receptionist to route calls automatically as well as the cost savings with IP telephony through an ITSP and cell routers. The voicemail system will enhance the customer experience ensuring all calls are handled correctly. The next step is to connect the branches PABX's via the MPLS and allow for remote workers to connect via the internet.

Multi Equipment eventually move to their new premises at 19 Letaba Street Eastcliff - next to the Glen Shopping Centre. "This will allow Multi to grow substantially compared to the previous premises which we had outgrown. We are also hoping to have a better interaction with our customers with the new premises allowing for presentations, training etc" - says Multi's executive Member Kevin Corfield.

Multi Equipment & Office Suppliers will soon be moving to new premises! We'll let you all know as soon as it happens (hopefully in September 2009).  Alterations are currently underway and we are all excited to see the final result.
